From this easy to use control panel you may monitor the travel of all your staff. Finding travellers is simple too with
our powerful keyword search engine.

You decide how often you want a traveller to Sign in Safe.
You may set it to be daily, weekly or monthly, or even never if the traveller is going somewhere of low risk.
You may change the frequency of the sign in at any time.

One of the first things you will notice when you login to your account is the Travel Status.
If it is green, then you know that all travellers have signed in as they should have done.

If one of your travellers has failed to sign in safe on the specified date, the Travel Status box will turn
red. With one click you can see which of your travellers is overdue, and then access their Action Response
Plan to see what steps to take.
You will be notified by email if a traveller fails to Sign in Safe.

When you log into your account, you will have access to messages written by travellers to you. You may easily
reply to these messages, so the next time a traveller Signs in Safe, they will be greeted with your message. This
guarantees that the traveller is reading your messages if they are Signing in Safe regulary, which is far more reliable than email.
Creating a Journey is easy. First select one of your travellers. Then complete the itinerary page. You may set
variables such as how often they need to Sign in Safe and which parts of the world they are visiting. You may also
complete a detailed online itinerary for the traveller. By using the search engine you may locate travellers and journeys
with a simple keyword search.
